How Our Process Works

If you’re looking to get a quote and a job done by us at Lay Low Transport, please follow our simple system.

Our process works like this:

1. Complete our Quote Form.

2. You’ll receive a quote back from us.

3. If you’re happy with the quote, please complete the Booking Form to book in your job.

4. Once we receive your Booking Form, we will send you an invoice.

5. You’ll receive the invoice and make payment using the bank details shown on the invoice.

6. If you’re technologically challenged, here are our bank details again:

7. After making payment, please send proof of payment to:

• Email: admin@laylowtransport.com.au

• Mobile: 0416321298

• Use your name and mobile number as the payment reference.

8. Once we receive both your Booking Form and proof of payment, we will confirm everything and let you know when your job is scheduled on one of our trucks.

9. Once your job is planned onto a run, we give your details to our driver

10. Our driver will now be your main contact so please call him with any delivery information that will help him.
